The Details: If you’re anything like me and have watched “Bizarre Foods” host Andrew Zimmern (a man I desperately wish could be my Durian fruithating uncle) gamely tasting a variety of bugs, fermented meats and plant matter, you too lament the lack of protein diversity our culture embraces. So with the image of Mr. Zimmern taking down a rancid dish of Moroccan goat and eggs, I knew I was in far better hands at 21 Spices when I spied the same cloven-hoofed mammal on the menu.
